CEBU (Updated) -- The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)-Central Visayas served on Tuesday, May 17, the six-month suspension order against incumbent Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, Vice Mayor Edgar Labella, and 12 councilors for "abuse of authority."
