CEBU'Sluxury scene reaches new heights with Los Primos Tabacos as it opens its first cigar boutique located at The Henry Hotel. Owned and run by cousin-co-proprietors Maitina Del Gallego-Borromeo and Roman Ripoll, this exclusive invitation offered guests a sneak peek inside this tastefully appointed shop.
Guests enjoyed a cigar-rolling demonstration by Tabaqueria de Filipinas craftsmen as well as sampling the finest cigars from Tabaqueria paired with a cognac sampler (French-famed Camus Cognac) plus a duo of delectable chocolate truffles by Rica Deen of Rica’s Cafe. With acoustic guitar renditions of classic and contemporary hits, Mario Blanco certainly captured the mood.
Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful evening!
Los Primos Tabacos offers a wide range and selection of cigars to smoking accessories such as shagreen ashtrays and humidors; it is also the first retail shop for the company, which started in 2013 distributing Tabaqueria products to Cebu’s tourist market via hotels and airport partners.
