WITH the overwhelming reception from its previous projects, the Damosa Land Incorporated has unveiled the Tower 5 of its maiden condominium project, Seawind recently.
The Seawind's Tower 5 unveiling ceremony took place at the Pearl Farm Marina Wharf last May 14, which was attended by their buyers, investors, guests and company's top executives.
The condominium project is located at a 2.7 hectare (has.) property on Km. 11 in Sasa, Davao City.
It is composed of six residential buildings, three of which are seven storeys with 168 units while the other three are eight storeys with 192 units, and a two storey commercial center.
The unveiling showcased a colorful event wherein guest are seen wearing their best luau outfits.

The night was filled with good music, overflowing food and drinks. There were also selected guests who won items during the raffle draw.
