The Boodle Fight rematch at RBG

THE fourth to present their Kadayawan specials is RBG at the Park Inn by Radisson Davao and to celebrate the Kadayawan festival, they’re gathering contenders for a Boodle Fight rematch.

“As part of the Kadayawan celebration, we are bringing back the popular boodle fight with a rematch,” said hotel manager, Ms. Emelyn Rosales, adding that, “Daily for two weeks, the flavorful local dishes created by our chefs are surely going to excite all Dabawenyos and visiting tourists alike.”

The Supersize Boodle Fight Meal will be served daily for lunch and dinner from August 12 to 31 at RBG, all day dining restaurant.

This year’s serving will be more “meaty” compared to last year’s menu, which had more seafood.

Good to make seven to eight people happy and contented, the menu lists Native Tinolang Manok, Fern (Pako) Salad, Spring Rolls (Lumpia), Pinaupong Manok, Grilled Tuna Belly, Boneless Pork Lechon Belly, Special Davao Cake and Buko Salad. All served with Plain and Garlic Rice, plus a pitcher of drink (P2,999 only).

First in the ring were members of the Kadayawan 2016 executive committee, the Department of Tourism-Davao regional director and the Davao media.

Now it’s your turn. Are you ready for a rematch?

In this fight nobody loses, but as a bonus you stand to win gift certificates for an overnight stay and group meal vouchers each time you get in the ring for a boodle fight.
