Ateneo Magis Eagles dominate the USC Baby Warriors

THE Ateneo Magis Eagles wins in blowout against the University of San Carlos (USC) Baby Warriors 74-27.

Andrew Velasco led all scorers with 11 points.

Both teams started sloppy in the opening four minutes of the game as they keep making turnovers and missing shots.

But Ateneo slowly picked up the slack as they made a 14-0 run in the last 1:15 minutes of the ball game.

In the second quarter, the Magis Eagles displayed their intensity on defense as they held the Baby Warriors scoreless during the first six minutes of the quarter 23-6.

The Magis Eagles ended the first half with a huge double digit lead 34-8 led by their slashing forward Andrew Velasco.

In the second half, the Baby Warriors continue to struggle against the Magis Eagles defense as they keep missing shots after shots recording only 10 field goals in the third quarter 50-19.

In the last quarter, the Magis Eagles never stopped as they continue to show their dominance and excerpt effort both on defense and offense.

They now improve their record 3-1 after today's win.

Meanwhile, the Don Bosco Greywolves wins in a blowout against The University of the Philippines-Foundation Baby Wildcats.

Greywolves forward Grenal Malubay led his team with 21 points.

The Greywolves continues to show dominance as they maintain a flawless record of 4-0 (win- loss).

For the Baby Wildcats, George Cometa lead their team with 20 points.

The Baby Wildcats tried to stay in the game but the Greywolves firepower is just too much for them.
