Digital company to expand in Davao

IN AN age where digital technology is on the rise, Avolution Inc. was able to ride the trend and is now leading the digital signage technology in the Philippines.

In its eighth year in the service, the Manila-based digital company expands its presence and services to the Davao market, as it set to open this October a branch in the city, its first outside Metro Manila office.

The Davao branch will be situated at Moonland Village, Ecoland in Matina.

Pioneering the industry in the country, Avolution vowed to its customers to live and experience "digital."

Lea Bermudez, vice president for sales and marketing, in an interview with SunStar Davao last Friday during the opening of the PhilConstruct Mindanao 2016 at the SMX Convention Center, said that they saw the need to extend its services here to better cater its Davao and Mindanao clients.

"Actually, we have so many clients already in Davao and also some parts in Mindanao, including Cagayan, Sultan Kudarat and since we saw the need that our clients need us physically here, especially on providing after sales support," she said.

She added that they have bright, positive prospects in Davao City as business climate here is booming.

Avolution Inc., in its website, said it has defined its role as the facilitator for the creation and execution of an end to end digital signage network system.

The company has a wide array of digital products including Light Emitting Diode (LED) video board (indoor and outdoor) and digital signages, among others.

Bermudez said their usual Mindanao clients are rental companies, churches, establishment (Smart LED), and the most recent, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

Their other national clients are the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Smart, Avon, Malls and Cloudphone, among others.

She said that as more people and businesses adapt the fast-changing trends driven by technology, the interest and demand on their products and services has been increasing in multiple folds.

"Our business is booming every year, in terms of sales, fortunately we are increasing especially now we are in a digital age, unlike before when the products we have are not that accepted in the market," Bermudez said.

Comparing the Manila and Davao market, Bermudez said, though Manila is still leading, the good thing is Davao for the past years is catching up and is showing positive aggressiveness. Avolution has been serving its Mindanao market for the past three years.

"With the opening of our Davao branch we are eyeing to serve the Video rollers, hospitals, malls, rental companies, churches and schools and others," she said.

When asked about their edge among competitors, she was quick to respond that its Davao branch its after sales support will be strengthened.

Giving back all the blessings to the community, Avolution for years now has been doing its Corporate Social Responsibility through its "LED there be light" project providing light and power sources to the off-grid and un-electrified communities in the country.
