DAVAO ORIENTAL -- Mati City bet Sonny Boy Aporbo lived up to his billing by clinching a title in the 10th International Skim Boarding Competition 2016 held at the Pesisirnan Pantai Tanjung Tokong in Malaysia, Friday afternoon, September 16.
Aporbo pulled off series of MC twist tricks that left the judges in awe in the event which attracted 50 participants from different countries.
Aporbo bested fellow Filipino skimboarders Karl Gabas and Nikko Cobacha of Leyte who settled for runner-up honors.
Skim boarders from Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, America, Tawiwan and Malaysia also saw action. (ABM)
