THREE suspected drug personalities in Silay City were arrested in a drug bust operation by operatives at Centerpoint Subdivision, Barangay Guinhalaran, on Thursday, October 12.
Police identified the suspects as Rodulfo Jimena, Mark Douay, and Rafael Harder, all residents of the said city.
Silay City Police Station records showed that the suspects were arrested after one of them sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer.
Police recovered from the suspects' possession four plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing nine grams with an estimated market value of P61,200, the P12,000 marked money, motorycle, and drug paraphernalia.
The police said Jimena was identified as a street-level individual in Silay, while his two companions were newly identified drug personalities in the city.
The suspects are detained at the custodial facility of Silay City Police Station. They will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehension Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
