The Sipalay City Government, through its City Agriculture Office (CAO), launches the Agro-Aqua Trade Fair, as part of the 2023 Pasaway Handurawan Festival and 75th founding anniversary of Sipalay. Mayor Maria Gina Lizares, together with city officials and CAO officers, led the opening of the eight booths of clustered barangays teeming with local produce and products.
