Canopies are up along North Capitol Road and Capitol Grounds in Bacolod City, for various organic products and fresh organic produce for the opening of the 16th Organic Farmers Festival, Nov. 15. The North Capitol Road will be closed for the whole duration of the festival, Nov. 15 to 19, 2023.
