City Administrator Atty. Estefanio S. Libutan Jr. led the Green Team in turning over the P5,000 cash assistance to a far-flung mountain school, Paniagan Elementary School, Sept. 22, at City Hall Lobby.

Said money was the proceeds from the one-week Charity Fair facilitated by the Green Team composed of the City Mayor's Office, City Administrator's Office, and Sangguniang Panlungsod in connection with the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

Paniagan ES Teacher-in-Charge Nilo D. Senador said they would use the money to finance a feeding program for their pupils. (PR)
