Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson welcomed the Ambassador of Israel to the Philippines, Ilan Fluss, at the Provincial Capitol yesterday.
The ambassador also met with Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, and attended the Hybrid Symposium on Israeli Innovations for Sustainable Agriculture held at Seda Hotel in Bacolod City.
