THE 10th most wanted person in Western Visayas was arrested in a joint operation by operatives of the Victorias City Police Station and the Negros Occidental Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Hacienda Hortencia, Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, March 7.
Police identified the suspect as Angelito Rollum, 42, of Barangay 20, Victorias City.
Police Major Eduardo Corpuz, chief of the Victorias City Police Station, said Rollum was arrested by virtue of an Alias Order of Arrest for violation of Republic Act 6539 or carnapping, and estafa.
The order was issued by Judge Maria Nena Santos of the Valenzuela City Regional Trial Court Branch 171 in Metro Manila.
Rollum was detained at the Victorias City Police Station custodial facility. Bail was set at P180,000 for the carnapping charge and P40,000 for the estafa charge.
