THE 10th most wanted person in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental was arrested for theft at Barangay Magballo on Monday, December 3.
Police served an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 61 Judge Rodney Magbanua against Richard Villamor.
The court had set a bail of P20,000 for his provisional liberty.
