THREE drug personalities were arrested in a drug bust operation by operatives of Himamaylan City Police Station at Purok MMY Village, Barangay Su-ay, Himamaylan City, Friday, July 28.
Police identified the suspects as Daven Gavile, 28; Elezer Pamisaran, 48; and Lorence Urbanozo, 40, all residents of the said village.
Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Noccpo) records showed the suspects were arrested after one of them sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer.
Police recovered from the suspects’ possession nine sachets of suspected shabu weighing 12 grams with estimated market value of P81,600, the P500 marked money, and drug paraphernalia.
The police said Pamisaran and Urbanozo were tagged as newly identified drug personalities in Himamaylan City. They were under surveillance for almost a month before their arrest.
The suspects are detained at the custodial facility of Himamaylan City Police Station. They will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
