GOVERNOR Eugenio Jose Lacson, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz, and Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees (Pace) president Renelo Lastierre led the distribution of funeral assistance worth P30,000 each to 36 Capitol employee-beneficiaries in a turnover ceremony held Monday, February 1, 2021.
The funeral assistance program was initiated by Pace to help alleviate the difficulty and financial burden of the bereaved families of Capitol employees, who lost a family member.
Lacson said it is a way of remembering and showing gratitude for the service rendered to Negros Occidental by colleagues in public service. (PR)
