SENATOR Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa extended rice assistance to the victims of flash floods in the Third District of Negros Occidental.
Dela Rosa sent 40 sacks of rice through the National Food Authority and the office of Third District Kiko Benitez.
The sacks of rice were distributed to identified affected families with the assistance of the Social Welfare and Development offices in the cities of Victorias, Silay and Talisay, and the municipality of E.B. Magalona.
Floods hit the said areas on January 1 and 8.
