“BE efficient.”

The reminder came from National Police Commission (Napolcom) Region 6 Director Atty. Joseph Celis to all policemen after he conducted a three-day inspection at the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) beginning Tuesday, April 19.

Celis stressed that the policemen should always give quality service to the public, in what they do and perform their duties and responsibilities well.

He also warned them not to engage in illegal activities.

During the inspection, Napolcom personnel checked on the policemen’s attendance, issued firearms and equipment, bearing and appearance, uniforms, office records and documents, among others.

For part, BCPO Director Colonel Thomas Joseph Martir stressed that the inspection conducted by the Napolcom is a manifestation of their concern to the police personnel on the ground.

“ It could help uplift the morale of the BCPO personnel as policies, programs and activities are being laid down for their enhancement both for their job and for their individual and personal growth,” he added.*
