A CONSTRUCTION worker who was riding a motorcycle died after he collided with a Ceres Liner Bus along the national highway of Km. 35 and Km. 36 at Barangay Poblacion in San Enrique, Negros Occidental Tuesday night.
Killed was John Paul Lu of Barangay Poblacion, San Enrique town.
Police records showed that Lu reportedly overtook a vehicle he was tailing, but hit the bus driven by Omar Trono, 38, of Bago City.
Trono tried to avoid Lu's motorcycle but it was already too late.
Lu fell down and was dragged under the bus. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead.
Trono was placed under police custody for investigation. (GYM)
