A HIGH-VALUE target, who is a drug surrenderer, and escaped the drug bust operation at Barangay 3 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental two weeks ago was gunned down by unidentified motorcycle-riding assailants in the said village on November 23.

The victim was identified as Joseph Fedrequilan, 39, of the said village.

Investigation showed that Fedrequilan was standing at H.C. Rigor Street in the said village when the assailants fired at him.

He was rushed to a hospital, where he later died.
