GLOBALTECH has officially started on Monday, April 8, the operation and draws of “Loterya ng Bayan” in Murcia town.
Kim Damaso, Sales Marketing Coordinator for Negros Occidental of Globaltech revealed they have all the permits including the Mayor's permit in Murcia and the Resolution of No Objection (Rono) approved by the Municipal Council of Murcia.
He said that their operation and draws in Murcia will be the basis for all the betting in the whole province of Negros Occidental.
They conduct three draws every day at 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.
Damaso said that Negros Occidental is one of the 15 areas all over the province that were given the franchise to operate “Loterya ng Bayan.”
The bets are based on numbers 1 to 38 with two number combinations winning in every draw.
“The bettors could win either straight or reverse,” he said.
The average bet Damaso said is P5.
Damaso also explained that there is a pending arbitration at the Court of Appeals that the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office shall supervise the draws. (TDE)
