TWENTY-THREE local government units in Negros Occidental have no more patients under investigation (PUIs) for coronavirus disease (Covid-19) per record of the Provincial Health Office.
Dr. Ernell Tumimbang, Provincial Health Officer identified the LGUs as Bago, Binalbagan, Candoni, Don Salvador Benedicto, Escalante City, Himamaylan City, Hinoba-an, Isabela, Kabankalan City, Manapla, Moises Padilla, Murcia, Pontevedra, Pulupandan, Sagay City, San Carlos City, San Enrique, Silay City, Sipalay City, Talisay City, Toboso and Victorias.
As of April 18, PUIs in Negros Occidental dropped to 13 while the number of persons under monitoring (PUMs) are 432.
The PUMs are in Bago City-3, Cadiz City-51, Calatrava-5, Don Salvador Benedicto-9, E.B. Magalona-19, Escalante City-39, Himamaylan City-17, Hinigaran-1, Hinoba-an-12, Ilog-8, Kabankalan City-40, La Castellana-3, Moises Padilla-5, Murcia-13, Pontevedra-27, Pulupandan-19, Sagay City-27 San Carlos City-34, San Enrique -4, Silay City-7, Sipalay City-35, Talisay City and Toboso-3 each and Victorias City-7.
