OVER 1,000 regular employees of the City Government of Bacolod will receive their mid-year bonus starting next week.
Under Memorandum No.30 he signed on May 6, 2022, Mayor Evelio Leonardia said that pursuant to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Budget Circular No. 2017-1, all entitled personnel are authorized to process their mid-year bonus for 2022 beginning next week, to be given not earlier than May 15, 2022.
Leonardia said employees can avail these if they have rendered at least a total or an aggregate of four months of service from July 1, 2021 to May 15, 2022, remain in government service as of May 15, 2022, and have received at least a satisfactory performance rating for year 2021.
City Treasurer Giovanni Balalilhe earlier said the employees can start to process their payroll to release the one-month basic pay to all entitled personnel of the city.
Only the regular employees could avail the mid-year bonus.
The bonus is equivalent to an employee's one-month salary.*
