A FATHER and his daughter were injured after they were shot by an unidentified assailant outside of their house at Green Beach in Barangay Zone 1, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental Saturday, June 2.
Wounded were Joei Torres, 55, and daughter Jobilyn Torres, 24.
Police records showed that that the assailant shot the elder Torres three times around 11:40 p.m.
Her daughter, who was sleeping when the incident happened, was hit by a stray bullet.
Both victims were rushed to a hospital in Bacolod City.
Police have yet to determine the motive of the incident.
