VENCHITO Magalona, president of the Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees (PACE), revealed Thursday, November 15, that Capitol employees can avail the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus this coming December.
The amount, however, said would be determined based on savings of the province, he said.
In 2017, the Capitol employees were given P21, 000 each for the CNA bonus, he said.
Aside from the CNA bonus, Magalona said that the employees are also looking forward to receive their Productivity Incentive Bonus which is based on the awards received by the province based on the guidelines of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
In 2017, the Capitol employees received a total of P50, 000 as an additional bonus, representing the PIE and the CNA signing bonus.
The additional bonus is separate from the 14th-month pay and P5, 000 cash gift that were released to government employees since Thursday, November 15. (TDE)
