A NAKED body of an unidentified man was found at the newly constructed seawall of Lopue Compound in Purok Mahigugma-on, Barangay Pahanocoy, Bacolod City around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 2.
Police Station 8 commander Major Joerey Puerto said no one has come to their station to claim the body yet.
Foreman Sanny Cadusale, 50, who is working at the seawall, told the police that he was lifting a plastic drum when he saw the body floating in the water.
Resident Franklin Banihit said he saw the man alive around 7 a.m. Sunday, October 31, but when he asked him questions, the latter refused to answer and instead ran to the shore.
The man has a dark complexion, medium built, curly hair and about five feet and five inches in height.
The body was brought to the Nalagon Funeral Homes.
