Sa finals night, gipangutana si Arroyo lakip na ang ubang kabahin sa Top 5 og: "If there's one thing that you want to change or desire the most for the people of Cotabato, what would it be, and why?"
Gitubag sab kini sa Mutya og: "I don't want to change a thing. But I wanted it to be strengthened - the unity of people in North Cotabato despite diversity. Let us promote peace and harmony. There is strength if we work together."
Host sa grand coronation night ang Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2010 ug 2010 Miss Universe 4th runner-up Venus Raj ug model-singer Aldrico Padilla.
