Farm produce, products and merchandise from communities all over Negros Island are now on sale at North Capitol Road in Bacolod City for the 16th Negros Island Organic Farmers Festival and first-ever Terra Madre Visayas, Nov. 15-19. The annual event is the longest-running organic festival in the Philippines and Asia that promotes sustainable farming, culture, and biodiversity.
