The Panay-Negros-Guimaras Crab Fishers Alliance (PANEG-CA) held its two-day Founding Regional Congress and Launching, which started on Dec. 18 at Negros Residences in Bacolod City, with the theme “Building a Regional Crab Fishers Alliance for the Protection and Development of Blue Swimming Crabs.”
