THE Negros-Sagay Football Team is preparing for the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) U19 Boys National Finals to be held in Carmona, Cavite on June 21-29.
The team undergoes training at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City.
The Negros-Sagay Football team is set to defend its title after they were hailed champion in the PFF Under-19 Boys National Championship – First Division at the PFF National Training Center in Carmona, Cavite in June of last year.
The team defeated the National Capital Region FA after a gripping 1-0 extra-time victory.
The Negros-Sagay Football Team Training Program is a collaboration of the Negros Occidental Football Association (NOFA) and the Abanse Negrense Sports Program led by Governor Eugenio Lacson, assisted by the Provincial Sports Development Program led by Anthony Carlo Agustin.
The team is also sponsored by the local government of Sagay and the Office of 2nd District Congressman Hon. Alfredo Marañon III.* (PR)
