UNO-R Shabu Shabu tries to extend win streak

LEAGUE leader UNO-R Shabu Shabu is eyeing win number five when it meets YBAC-ESJ-Fyr Fyter on Sunday as the 2018 Negros Basketball Association (NBA) President's Cup resumes at Po Hang gym of Bacolod Tay Tung High School.

The Rams (4-0) is heavily favored to prevail but YBAC will return with Coach Dennis Tumayan and several STI-WNU hotshots available in the main game at 5:30 p.m.

On Friday, April 27, winless USLS Freeze Sportswear (0-3) tries to break in the win column against Melfern (1-2) at 3:30 p.m. while LCC-Davies Paint-J Squared Construction (0-1) will collide with CSAV-Silver Dragon (4-1) at 5:15 p.m.

CSAV is on a four-game winning streak after its opening day loss to UNO-R Shabu Shabu while Coach Ritchi Militante’s charges returns after finishing third in a Panay invitational.

Sunday's tripleheader starts at 2 p.m. with Supreme ABF Silvergraces (3-1) versus Duke Jay Game Farm (2-2) followed by Dawn Rent A Car (0-4) and LCC-Davies Paint-JSC match at 3:45 p.m.

Admission for this summer league is free at the bleachers and P25 at the ringside.
