GREAT minds and talents come together this March to celebrate Cordilleran culture, beauty, creativity and moreover unity. Festivities are evident indeed in every nook of Baguio and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), a blessing from above.

Kudos to our hard working LGU headed by Congressman Mark Go and Mayor Mauricio Domogan and the dedicated members of the Baguio Flower Festival Inc. staff headed by Evangeline Payno, and other NGO’s and benefactors for making this possible. Also, congratulations to the GSP Baguio Council headed by Pres. Leonila Lomibao, on the occasion of its 70th Year Anniversary and GSP Baguio Council History Book Launching. Onwards Baguio. Onwards CAR!
