Gasoline station robbed in Ifugao

IFUGAO police have been conducting man hunt operation after robbers carted away P317,000 from a gasoline station last May 13.

In a report from the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, owner Jose Mondiguing reported to authorities of the incident after robbers looted the gasoline station located along JP Rizal Avenue, Poblacion East in Lagawe town.

Investigation showed that around 8 p.m. of May 13, Danny Logomna Baluna, 23, single, employee of the gasoline station closed and locked the cashier’s office before they left.

In the morning of May 14, Baluna discovered that the collection was missing.

The Lagawe Municipal Police Office in its investigation showed no signs of forcible entry, while the case is still under investigation.

In Benguet Province, Germilyn Cambobo Bugtong, 26, residing at Central Buyagan, Poblacion, La Trinidad personally reported to La Trinidad Municipal Police Station against Judith Dondonen Dagupen who allegedly stole rubber shoes worth P4,000.

According to the complainant, at 3:30 p.m., while on her way home, she saw the suspect holding a transparent eco-bag with her shoes in it.

Bugtong confronted the suspect and grabbed her socks which was still inside the shoes.

Responding personnel of La Trinidad MPS immediately arrested the suspect after the victim reported the incident.
