Vicente: Sign of overtraining

EXERCISES are part of training that often times are taken for granted.

Most of the time, we give emphasis on how trainings are not enough but this time, let us look into the perils of overtraining.

Here are the signs that indicate one is overtrained:

Workout Aftermath - is if you always feel so tired every time you wake up the next morning every morning that does not seem to change anytime soon.

No Training Progress - is when you think things are being done correctly but improvements does not seem to happen.

Stunned in Training - is a state where everything is just a routine but the body doesn’t seem to respond even getting out sweat is hard it is a state that even the mind does not seem to work well with the physical activity.

Failed Time Table - is when the goal for the training is not even close to realization that even if you finish all the required exercises or routine on the given time desired output is not attained.

Over Fatigue - the feeling of being sick and physically tired before and after training is a sign that should be taken seriously because it may be a sign of a lead to serious damage to the body.

Abnormal Pains - the saying ‘no pain no gain’ is sometimes naively interpreted as we welcome pain as a sign of progress in training but not the literal body pain that most think if one feels pain in odd parts of the body and it affects movements could be a sign that one is over trained.

This signs are just some of the indications of over training some experts may even include emotional disturbances due to frustrations in the expected results that often occurs when an athlete is not prepared mentally, emotionally and physically this three working less of either one is a welcoming disaster and could cause over training, over training does not mean just doing things excessively but is also caused by doing things wrong.

That is why training is not just a routine, it’s a science.
