13.97% of Oro's target population fully vaccinated

A TOTAL of 72,476 individuals or 13.97 percent of the total target population in Cagayan de Oro have been fully vaccinated as of August 9, 2021.

According to the City Government's data, the city's target population for the Covid-19 vaccination is 518,518. Of the said figure, 155,136 or 29.91 percent got their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccines.

A total of 227,612 individuals in Cagayan de Oro have received their doses of Covid-19 vaccines as of August 9, 2021.

Meanwhile, the total number of vaccinated coronavirus-positive individuals in Cagayan de Oro was already at 2,150, the City Health Office reported.

According to the City Health Office, of the 2,150 vaccinees, 1,381 were vaccinated with the Sinovac vaccine, 438 were vaccinated with AstraZeneca, 151 with Pfizer, 112 with Sputnik V, 64 with Janssen, three with Sinopharm, and one with Moderna.

Of the 1,381 coronavirus-positive Sinovac vaccinees, 1,056 individuals experienced mild symptoms, 223 were asymptomatic, 96 were moderate cases, and six were severe cases.

Among the 438 AstraZeneca vaccinees, 309 individuals had mild symptoms, 93 were asymptomatic, 33 had moderate symptoms, and three were severe cases.

Of the 151 Pfizer vaccinees, 107 individuals had mild symptoms, 35 were asymptomatic, and nine were moderate cases.

Among the 112 Sputnik V vaccinees, 92 had mild symptoms, 12 were asymptomatic, and eight were moderate cases.

Among the 64 Janssen vaccinees, 51 had mild symptoms, seven were asymptomatic, and six were moderate cases.

Of the three Sinopharm vaccinees, two had mild symptoms and one was asymptomatic.

The one Moderna vaccinee was asymptomatic.

Of the 2,150 total coronavirus-positive vaccinees, 1,185 were fully vaccinated.
