Capitol to bring services to Lagonglong town

THE Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental is planning on bringing various services to residents of Lagonglong town Thursday, July 12, to mark the fourth anniversary of the Misamis Oriental Care Systems (MisOr Cares).

Senator Cynthia Villar is expected to grace the celebration.

One of the highlights of the celebration is the mass wedding of 150 couples.

Emano said he will bring the capitol to Lagonglong to do various transactions and accommodate concerns from the residents.

The Provincial Agriculture Office was also instructed to distribute seedlings, while the Environment and Natural Resources Office will take charge of addressing questions pertaining to permits to extract sand, gravel and other quarry resources.

Children will also be entertained as the Provincial Library Office conducts story-telling and distribution of activity books, while the Early Childhood Care and Development Office will initiate play and learn session for three- to five-year-old kids.

The Provincial Employment Services Office is set to conduct special recruitment activity and job referrals.

On the other hand, the Provincial Legal Office will hold a lecture on violence against women and children and child trafficking act.

Emano said his brainchild health care program already provided over one million services to the residents of the province since 2014.
