BARRING unforeseen glitches, Tagoloan town will hold the Philippine Collegiate Champions League (PCCL) that will parade the top collegiate teams in Northern Mindanao at the Tagoloan Dome, Misamis Oriental.

"Yes, nag-approve na verbally atong regional director sa PCCL in the person of Stephen "Popong" Dacoco. Pero ugma na (October 31) ang final decision regarding this matter," said Tagoloan sports coordinator Van Halen Parmis.

If it will push through, Parmis said the regional PCCL tourney will immediately start on the first Friday of November (Nov. 9).

Kini sab sa El Salvador with coach Rey Dangcal bibo sab ilang programa," remarked CDO coach Jaime "Diding" Rivera.

For a warm-up, the host team--Tagoloan Community College (TCC)--played an exhibition match with Ifixit-Cagayan de Misamis Eagles Club, over the weekend, with 6-foot-8 Senegal Pape Alpha and reigning PBA-Developmental League MVP Eloy Poligrates reinforcing the local squad.
