LIMA Land Inc., a subsidiary of Aboitiz InfraCapital, and House of Investments (HI) of the Yuchengco Group are teaming up to develop a 184-hectare mixed-use property in Tarlac, expanding Lima’s flagship TARI Estate to 384 hectares.
Approved by both companies’ boards on Friday, Aug. 8 , 2025, and pending regulatory clearance, the joint venture will see HI holding a 51 percent stake and Lima 49 percent.
The site, owned by HI unit Tarlac Terra Ventures Inc., will be developed and managed by Lima, which will provide project management, estate operations and support services.
The expansion will integrate commercial, residential and institutional zones alongside the estate’s industrial hub, with direct access to the Luisita Access Road, SCTEX and the Luzon expressway network, boosting connectivity and efficiency for locators. / KOC
