CEBUANO MMA fighter Hyder Amil looks to continue his unbeaten run as he takes on Jose Miguel Delgado in the undercard of UFC 317: Topuria vs. Delgado Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Amil, who moved to the US from Cebu when he was six, guns for this fourth straight win inside the Octagon.
Amila made his UFC debut last year and scored a second-round stoppage of Fernie Garcia. He followed up that win with a first-round knockout of Jeong Yeong Lee that same year.
Last March, the 35-year-old Amil walked away with a split decision win over William Gomis.
The 27-year-old Delgado was just recently signed by the UFC this year after impressing UFC boss Dana White in last year’s Contender Series. He was impressive in his Octagon debut last February and demolished Connor Matthews in just a single round.
Amil is 11-0 with six knockouts and a submission, while Delgado is 9-1 with five knockouts and four submissions. / EKA
