
ROCKWELL Land Corp. will launch IPI Center by Rockwell, its third project in Cebu, this year, the company announced during its annual stockholders’ meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
In a statement, Rockwell said the 2.85-hectare mixed use comm
unity featuring workspaces and retail is a project with the Wong and Castillo families of International Pharmaceuticals Inc. “We’ll first offer residential units through Lincoln, inspired by the well-received Proscenium tower in Makati, and will soon be complemented by a retail area,” said Rockwell Land chairman and chief executive officer Nestor Padilla.
Rockwell’s other projects in Cebu are 32 Sanson By Rockwell in Lahug and Aruga Resort And Residences–Mactan. The company also announced plans for a 100-hectare horizontal neighborhood and wellness retreat in San Jose, Bulacan, and an 85-hectare premium horizontal beach community in Lian, Batangas.
Rockwell’s net income after tax to parent rose 40 percent to P2.3 billion in 2022 after achieving revenue of P16.5 billion, which is higher than pre-pandemic revenue.
