CARCAR City in Cebu and Bais City in Negros Oriental were declared winners in the Sinulog Grand Parade and Ritual Showdown in the Sinulog-Based and Free Interpretation categories, respectively, held at the Cebu City Sports Center on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
Carcar City also won the street dancing competition while Bais City ranked third in the said category.
