CREATIVE director Michael Amazona Del Mar walked the red carpet at the 78th Cannes Film Festival on May 22, 2025, for the premiere of “Resurrection” by Chinese director Ban Li, held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. He turned heads in a striking black liquid satin couture long coat and pant ensemble by Michael Cinco.
Born and raised in Cebu City, Michael was an internationally acclaimed creative director who worked with top luxury fashion brands such as Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Boss, Cartier and Ivy Park by Beyoncé, among others. He also collaborated with world-renowned designers including Michael Cinco, Furne One of Amato Couture and Ezra Santos.
He directed fashion shows for major events including Dubai, Milan, Paris and Madrid Fashion Weeks, and made his Manila debut in December 2024.
Michael earned a spot among the “Top 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf” and was featured in the “Global Pinoy Unlimited” segment on GMA Pinoy TV. / PR
