A GRADUATE from Velez College in Cebu City ranked first in the March 2025 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Jherry Andrei Dellica Arbotante from Velez College secured first place with a rating of 92.30 percent.
Meanwhile, two graduates from Silliman University in Negros Oriental were included in the Top 10 passers.
Ian Jay Balag Francisco ranked sixth with a rating of 91.19 percent, while Kyle Angelo Gonzalez Tapia landed in eighth place with a rating of 90.90 percent.
The PRC announced that out of 7,659 examinees, 6,147 or 80.26 percent passed the board exam.
The Medical Technologists board exam took place on March 26-27 across testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio City, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
