EIGHT years after its initial public offering in 2017, homegrown developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has officially entered the Luzon market with the opening of its first regional office outside the Visayas and Mindanao.
This milestone marks CLI’s goal of becoming a national real estate developer as it prepares to launch its first Luzon-based project in 2026, with property acquisitions nearing completion.
“This new office symbolizes our readiness to bring the Cebu Landmasters brand to Luzon, leveraging our experience and expertise to serve a broader market,” said CLI chairman and chief executive officer Jose Soberano III.
Located on the third floor of the newly built CWC Design Center in Makati City, the CLI Makati Office occupies a 329-square-meter space designed to support the company’s expansion and operations in Luzon. The office serves as CLI’s Luzon Sales Office, Investor Relations Office, and home to other key support departments. It also features training and conference rooms for
business activities.
“With this new hub, we are poised to bring our expertise and proven track record in real estate development to the Mega Manila market,” he said.
In addition to its Luzon expansion, CLI announced plans to launch its Real Estate Investment Trust, leveraging its recurring income.
Currently, CLI’s footprint in the Visayas and Mindanao spans 130 projects in 17 key cities. Its diverse portfolio includes residential developments, offices, hotels, resorts, co-living and co-working spaces, mixed-use projects, and large-scale townships. / KOC
