LISTED developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is set to roll out 10 to 12 new projects this year, with a total projected sales value of P36 billion.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, CLI chairman and chief executive officer Jose Soberano III said the new launches will include a mix of ongoing developments and new ventures in emerging markets

and locations.

“These launches aim to build on CLI’s regional momentum and capture opportunities in underserved markets. 2025 is a critical stage as we move into larger-scale residential and township developments, and ramp up our recurring income projects,” Soberano said.

The homegrown firm capped 2024 with record consolidated revenues of P19.5 billion, up four percent from P18.8 billion in the prior year, driven by strong performance across its core business segments and an expanding market share in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

CLI’s property sales posted steady growth, increasing five percent to P17.3 billion from P16.5 billion, underscoring its ability to consistently grow its topline. Recurring income surged by 50 percent to P467 million, largely fueled by a 74 percent rise in hospitality revenues—from P139 million to P241 million.

CLI’s solid 2024 financial performance affirms its strong market positioning despite broader industry headwinds. Net income attributable to parent shareholders rose by eight percent to over P3.0 billion. Its board of directors also approved a cash dividend of P0.18 per share, to be distributed on April 16. Since its initial public offering, CLI has delivered a 15 percent compounded annual growth rate in dividends.

CLI reported that both ongoing and newly launched projects remained in high demand throughout the year, achieving a robust 92 percent sell-out rate. This performance was largely driven by its mid-market and economic housing brands. Casa Mira accounted for 33 percent and the Garden Series for 54 percent—together comprising 87 percent of total

residential sales./ KOC
