CARLOS Alcaraz’s bid for a Wimbledon three-peat stayed firmly on track as the Spanish star powered past Jan-Lennard Struff, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4, on Centre Court Saturday, July 5, 2025 (PH time) to advance to the fourth round.
The reigning champion extended his winning streak to 21 matches across all competitions, including 17 straight victories at the All England Club, where he is aiming for a third consecutive title.
Alcaraz, a five-time Grand Slam winner, showed composure after dropping the second set, responding with an early service break and dominant serving performance in the third set, where he lost only four points on his own serve.
