The Dinner Musicale event of the University of San Jose-Recoletos’ (USJ-R) Dramatics and Cultural Ensemble-Amparito L. Lhuillier Educational Foundation (Drac-Allef) alumni will feature the “Best of Broadway and Hollywood;” numbers presented in the campus and across the Philippines and abroad. It will be held on July 16, 2025, at Golden Peak Hotel & Suites, Cebu City. The event is co-sponsored by WeCare Foundation, a singing group composed of business and civic leaders who served as officers in charge of the City of Cebu during the first election held after the Edsa revolution.

REUNION. United States-based John Domingo hosted lunch for old American Chamber friends Cherry Pie Callelero, Alice Woodbright and MCE at the Casino Español de Cebu. We were all part of the University of San Jose-Recoletos’ Dramatics and Cultural Ensemble-Amparito L. Lhuillier Educational Foundation Broadway musicales.

LUNCH. The University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Dramatics and Cultural Ensemble-Amparito L. Lhuillier Educational Foundation (Drac-Allef) alumni lunch at Chika-an Cebu. They are producing the Dinner Musicale in cooperation with WeCare Foundation and Speechcom International.
LUNCH. The University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Dramatics and Cultural Ensemble-Amparito L. Lhuillier Educational Foundation (Drac-Allef) alumni lunch at Chika-an Cebu. They are producing the Dinner Musicale in cooperation with WeCare Foundation and Speechcom International.

The excerpts of selected musicales presented from 1964-2000 will include: “The Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” “Student Prince,” “West Side Story,” “Sister Act 1 and 2” and “Miss Saigon,” among others. The event also features songs from the selected religious musicales, “The Restless Journey of St Augustine” and “The Healing Priest, St. Ezekiel.”

This event will be a reunion of the alumni of the Colegio de San Jose Recoletos/USJ-R Drac-Allef based in the Philippines and abroad.
