For many of us, “Tin Gow isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a place filled with memories.”
Yes, I had so many events held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, and dining at Tin Gow had always been a part of my itinerary. I love the variety of Chinese cuisines, which have become iconic dishes like the special Yang Chow fried rice, pancit canton, prawn salad, and fruits and desserts.
We were invited by Noreen Tormis, marketing communications manager, to once again enjoy a tasty lunch. We were introduced to the new general manager, Ali Banting, and the executive chef, Gerwin Bailon.
It was actually more than just lunch because I had the chance to be with my colleagues again, including Nelia Neri, Honey Loop, Nestor Alonso and some Cebu Online News Press Corp members led by their founder, Robby Alugar.
On our way to the restaurant, we spent a few restful moments at the hotel’s lobby. Oh, it brought back so many other memories of events we had at one of the leading hotels.
The Waterfront Cebu City Hotel is just in front of Cebu IT Park, leading to my residence. It is so convenient for my family and friends to have our meals there.
