AFTER the successful run of the first Sari-Sari Donuts series, Waterfront Mactan unveiled its second batch of flavors that will remind anyone of childhood favorites and Filipino traditions, all the while supporting local farmers.

Each Sari-Sari Donut has a unique story that speaks to each person’s treasured memories.

This brioche donut is partially cloaked in coffee ganache and Asturias cacao nibs while the other half has chocolate tablea ganache and crushed Mandaue tagaktak. Its filling is a divine medley of puto maya, ripe mango, sikwate, and a subtle sweetness of muscovado.

The Sari-Sari Donuts supports sustainable consumption and production through local beekeepers and farmers as far as the highlands of Balamban and Busay, down to the bustling Mandaue City and the municipality of Liloan.
