FILINVEST REIT Corp. (FILRT), the Philippines’ first sustainability-focused real estate investment trust, received four accolades at the 2024 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, recognizing its commitment to sustainable and high-performing office spaces.
FILRT secured the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in Sustainable Development and the Silver Award in the Office Category for Vector Three. Its sponsor, Filinvest Land Inc., also won Gold for Outstanding Developer in the Office Category and Silver in Sustainable Development for Axis Tower Two.
The awards highlighted Vector Three and Axis Tower Two, both LEED Gold-certified Grade A office buildings in Filinvest City, Alabang, for their resource efficiency, environmental performance, advanced systems, and occupant well-being features.
